A client has accidentally submitted their Pre-Meet. Can I resend the form?

Once a client clicks on the 'Continue’ button on the final page of the webform (Goals & Priorities), the form is submitted.

Unfortunately, there’s currently no ability to resend Pre-Meet forms that have been submitted.

We’ve already added this as a feature request for the team to look into and hopefully offer in a future release.

If your client is happy to fill in a blank form again from scratch, you can remove the existing record using the delete icon to the right of their Pre-Meet record. You can then resend a new form.

Please bear in mind that you will lose any existing data that the client had already submitted so this may not be an ideal solution.
