How do I add an existing client record (from my CRM) to the app?

Clipboard enables you to search for a client that exists in your CRM, fetch the record and update details before syncing back.

  • Tap inside the Search box on the top-right of your homepage

  • Type in the client’s name

  • If the record exists, you'll see it appear in the drop-down menu

  • Select the required record and you’ll be taken to the client’s dashboard
