How do I sync a client's Pre-Meet data to the CFR?

We currently recommend that you don’t have an existing record for a Pre-Meet client in the CFR. This is to avoid duplication of records, as a new record gets created for the client during the syncing process.


Adviser flow

Follow the steps below if you’re an SJP adviser with a Partner Code.

  • When you’re happy to sync your client’s data to the CRM, click on the green Sync to CRM button in the client’s review page.

  • Select Yes to confirm sync. This will start the syncing process and you should see the record in the CFR within 15 minutes.

PSS flow

Follow the steps below if you’re an SJP user with a PCode (a code that starts with P). This requires at least one user with a Partner Code to be a team member in the same practice as you. See Team Account - manage your team

  • When you’re happy to sync your client’s data to the CRM, click on the green Sync to CRM button in the client’s review page.

  • Select the adviser you’d like to connect the record to from the drop-down list.

  • Click on Save to CRM. This will start the syncing process and you should see the record in the CFR within 15 minutes.
