We have various help and support materials to help you get up and running on Pre-Meet and Clipboard.

In-app tutorials and tips

The first time you sign in to our solutions, a handy tutorial will pop up on your screen. Go through these to familiarise yourself with the basics.

Pre-Meet - watch the quick video that demonstrates how to add a new client, send Pre-Meet and sync to the CRM.

Clipboard - go through the practical tutorial and try out some of our key features for the first time. Watch out for the pop-up hints that appear throughout the app too.

Demo records

We've built in demo client records to help you explore our solutions even further and understand how it can improve your workflows. Use these to get to know the features and how you'd use our products to work with your clients.

Pre-Meet

Find a record with your name on it as soon as you sign in to your account. Send Pre-Meet to yourself and go through the entire process to see what gets sent to your clients, the Pre-Meet question set and flow, and what happens when a client submits their answers.

Clipboard

We've built in two types of demo records - single and joint. See how the factfind looks on each account type and what data you can capture. Use these to explore the different sections and functionality - from digital handwriting to LOA generation.
